Our emotions often look like icebergs.

The tops of icebergs, just like our emotions, are much smaller than what is below the surface, unseen.

But below the surface there’s often something bigger that is making us feel vulnerable.

I know this because I was the Queen of cover-up emotions. For 25+ years I tried to fix the tips of my icebergs without looking at the real big chunk of ice under the surface.

Now I've come up with a way to do this - a way that goes slowly enough to feel possible, but that does work! My gentle and effective format can REALLY help without you having to drown while looking at it and without it ever destroying you!

Rather than continuing to have Titanic crashes into life from that large chunk of ice that is under the surface. Instead, go slowly forward and look under the surface gently and you'll avoid the crash.
